  Projects -> LibProxies

     This library is to be used with programs that don't have proxy support incorporated in their code. This is a simple way to make these programs use a http proxies without having to modify their source code and add proxy support.

     It is highly configurable and supports chaining multiple proxies. The library calls some external configuration programs for every new connection. The programs can be anything from shell scripts to a ELF binary or something else that can be executed by exec system call.
These scripts will provide the proxies to be used for each connection and the level of chaining the proxies. Using an external program for getting it's list of proxies makes this library very flexible because this way the library (actually this is done by the script ) can rotate proxies or select a different proxy for a certain connection based on the destination ip/port.
